Browse — Search by shortcut or target, or filter by category. Click any column header to sort. When sorted by Category, shortcuts are grouped into subcategories automatically.

Edit — Click ✏️ on any row to change its shortcut, target, category, or subcategory. Click ✕ to delete it.

Add — Click + Add Shortcut and fill in the form. Pick an existing category/subcategory or type a new one inline.

Categories — Click ⚙️ Categories to rename or delete categories and subcategories across all shortcuts at once.

Export (Mac) — Download a .plist file, then drag it into System Settings → Keyboard → Text Replacements.

Export (Windows) — Download the Espanso YAML and place it in your Espanso config folder (%APPDATA%\espanso\match\), or export CSV to import into any text expander app.
